How can I order parts from Pickup-Parts?
Ordering is easy through our webshop. Add the product to your cart, checkout, and you'll receive an immediate email confirmation.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely via iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
Can I pay later?
Yes, Klarna offers post-payment for selected products.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive a digital invoice via email.
Can I change my order after payment?
Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll adjust it where possible.
What is the delivery time for my parts?
Everything in stock in our NL warehouse will be shipped the same day. Delivery within one business day. For on-demand orders, this can be arranged in consultation.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge a fixed shipping fee. Shipping is often free for larger orders.
Can I track my order with track & trace?
Yes, after shipment you will immediately receive a track & trace link.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs vary by country.
Can I pick up parts from your warehouse?
Yes, pickup is available at our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please make an appointment first.
Does this part fit my pickup truck?
Each product lists which models and years it's suitable for. Not sure? We're happy to check for you.
Do you offer assembly of parts?
Yes, we can install parts like rims, spacers, and brakes for you in our workshop. Ask about the options.
Can parts also be spray-painted in color?
Yes, we work with professional partners who can spray everything in the desired color.
Are your parts always new and original?
We mainly supply new parts and (good) aftermarket parts, original (OEM) parts are also possible.
Will I receive assembly manuals?
Brembo kits include instructions, and we always offer tips and advice.
Can I return my parts?
Pickup-Parts does not issue refunds. Exchanges are possible provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Without the original packaging, the right to exchange is void. Specially ordered parts cannot be returned.
Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are at your own expense, except in case of defective or incorrectly delivered product.
What is the warranty on parts?
Manufacturer's warranty of 12–24 months, depending on the brand.
My part is defective, what now?
Please report this to us with photos. We will quickly arrange for repair or replacement.
Can I exchange my part for another one?
Yes, you can within the return period. Please contact us.
What is a Brembo Big Brake Kit for Pickups?
A top-quality brake upgrade for improved performance and safety from the best brand on the market.
Are Brembo parallel imported products legal?
Yes, we supply genuine Brembo products via grey import. 100% legal and of the same quality as official dealers. Genuine Brembo components, direct from the factory. Our Brembo Big Brake Kits are supplied with genuine Brembo parts. We work directly with international factories that produce and assemble these components. This allows us to offer a complete front and rear kit at a very competitive price, without the intervention of European distributors. Parallel import (grey import). The kits are supplied via parallel import. This means we purchase outside of the official European distribution channels, but always work with genuine Brembo products. This is completely legal within the EU, provided the parts are genuine. We explicitly do not claim to be an official Brembo Europe dealer. Price advantage for the customer. Through direct cooperation with the factory, we are able to offer prices up to 40% lower than the usual market prices in the Netherlands and Europe. We pass this advantage directly on to our customers. Warranty & Security Because the products are delivered outside the official Brembo Europe distribution channel, the manufacturer's warranty through Brembo Europe is not always covered. Therefore, we offer a 24-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects. This ensures quality and reliability. Certification & Installation: For use in Germany and some other European countries, TÜV/ABE certification is often required. We recommend always checking the applicable regulations in your country before purchasing. Installation must be carried out by a certified specialist to guarantee safety and optimal performance. In summary: - Original Brembo components, no imitations. - Parallel import: direct from the factory, competitively priced. - Our own 24-month warranty. - Transparent communication: not through Brembo Europe, but 100% original.
Can you also mount and balance rims?
Yes, mounting and balancing of rims and tires is possible. This is done at a highly reputable rim and tire company.
Do you also sell wheel spacers?
Yes, we stock various sizes of spacers, complete with nuts and bolts.
Are the rims you sell TÜV approved?
Many rims are TÜV-approved. This is always stated in the product details.
Do you have all parts in stock?
Many products are in our Dutch warehouse. Special orders have a delivery time.
Can you help me choose the right part?
Yes, send your vehicle details and we will recommend the right product.
