Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Pickup-Parts stands behind the quality of our products.
We sell to both consumers and business customers. Therefore, we maintain clear return conditions.

Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt.

Returns are only possible when:

  • the product is unused;
  • the product is undamaged;
  • the product is in its original packaging;
  • the product is complete, including all supplied parts and accessories.

We cannot accept returns for products with signs of use, mounting scratches, damage, or missing/removed packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days after receipt, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

For an exchange, you will receive an alternative product or, if agreed, a credit.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • specially ordered products;
  • custom-made products;
  • products that have been modified, painted, or installed at the customer's request;
  • products that have already been installed, used, or damaged.

Costs and Risk

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Damage or loss during return shipment is at the customer's risk. We therefore always advise packaging the parcel properly and sending it with track & trace.

Refund

After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will process the refund as soon as possible via the original payment method.
