Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Pickup-Parts : the company that supplies products under the trade name Pickup-Parts.
Customer : any natural or legal person who places an order with Pickup-Parts, acting as a company (B2B) or private individual (B2C).
Agreement : the purchase agreement between Pickup-Parts and the customer.
Products : all items offered and delivered by Pickup-Parts.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, agreements and deliveries from Pickup-Parts.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Pickup-Parts primarily focuses on B2B customers. Private individuals can order, but agree that the same terms and conditions apply to them.
Article 3 – Offer and prices
All offers and prices are without obligation and may be changed without prior notice.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Errors and mistakes in prices or product information do not bind Pickup-Parts.
Article 4 – Orders and agreements
An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the webshop and Pickup-Parts confirms it.
Pickup-Parts reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered.
Payments via Klarna or PayPal incur additional fees. This will be clearly stated at checkout.
In case of late payment, the customer owes statutory commercial interest and any collection costs.
Products remain the property of Pickup-Parts until full payment has been received.
Article 6 – Delivery and risk
Deliveries take place from the Pickup-Parts warehouse.
In-stock products are usually delivered the next business day in the Netherlands and Belgium. This is always stated with the item.
Specially ordered products have different delivery times; these are indicative and do not constitute grounds for terminating the agreement.
The risk of loss, damage or other loss passes to the customer from the moment of delivery.
Article 7 – Returns and exchanges
Pickup-Parts does not issue refunds.
Exchanges are possible provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Without the original packaging, the right to exchange is void.
Specially ordered parts cannot be returned.
Returns are at the customer's expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 8 – Warranty and complaints
Pickup-Parts supplies quality products. Warranty terms may vary by brand or product.
The warranty is void in the event of improper use, incorrect installation, modifications or damage by third parties.
Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with a clear description and, if necessary, photographs.
Pickup-Parts aims to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
Article 9 – Liability
Installation and use of products are entirely at the customer's own risk.
The customer is responsible for the proper fit and compatibility of parts with his/her vehicle.
Pickup-Parts is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, loss of profits or business interruption.
Damage due to transport damage must be reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
The customer is responsible for compliance with laws and regulations (APK, TÜV, RDW, quality marks).
Article 10 – Force Majeure
Pickup-Parts is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, transport problems, pandemics, natural disasters, disruptions to suppliers or IT systems.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
All rights to texts, images, logos, and other materials on the Pickup-Parts website remain the property of Pickup-Parts and may not be used without permission.
Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the place of business of Pickup-Parts, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
