One of the unique features of Neo-Dyne ramps is that they tilt to horizontal position while still outside the vehicle - this allows for loading in very tight spaces, such as a standard Van or the loading bay of an RV.
Power options
1. Cordless tool operated. No wires, no batteries, no hassles.
Neo-Dyne ramps use a standard 18V or 24V cordless drill to operate the worm drive. There's no need to install a battery or run cables.
DO NOT USE an impact drill as this will destroy the worm drive
If the battery of your cordless drill is empty (although most come with 2 batteries), you can operate it with a ratchet or crank, but the procedure will be much slower.
2. Custom made 12VDC winch
Custom made high quality WARN winch with our trade-mark double straps, will provide perfect rolling around the drum without the messy wires for a long time. This option has an additional cost of € 795 (ex VAT). Can be equipped with electric wire conduits as seen in the below photo. Requires installation by a professional.
At 2.1m this is our smallest ramp which is a favorite for clients looking to install it in a van or sideways in a truck or utitlity vehicle.

The ramp joiners are movable in case you need to attach it to strongpoints.
However the ramp can be attached without drilling holes, by using the AC-012 boltless attach kit and standard ratchet straps together with the tie-downs of your vehicles cargo bed. This allows you to install and remove the ramp in a matter of minutes.
The AC-012 is also the perfect accessory for businesses that wish to rent out ramps.

The AUN 250 ramp is the most advanced in our range, and the most practical for short-bed Pickups. It's the only model that allows the tailgate to be closed without having to remove the ramp. It can be cut to the exact length required, the shortest length being 1350 mm.
The fold-up ramp provides a sufficiently long ramp, even for the relatively high loading height of a Pickup truck.
The AUN 250 is also compatible with the AC008 loading platform and adapters AC006 (snowmobile) and AC005 (3-wheel scooter), and the AC012 no-drill installation kit.

The AC 005 3-wheel adapter lets you transport 3 wheel scooters like the Piaggio MP3. It simply bolts on to the existing wheel chock. It makes it very easy to load and off-load three wheeled scooters. It takes about 15 minutes to remove the upper part of the standard wheel choke and install the 3-wheel adapter.

This is the standard sized ramp (2500 mm) used to load motorcycles into standard pick-up trucks with a load height of 90cm and a cargo bed + tailgate down length of around 2.5 m. It will work on most standard trucks without any modifications. However we do advise to cut the base ramp to match the length of the cargo bed + tail gate down. The tilt ramp can stay as it is. Can be used with long bed trucks too, where the AC 004 tailgate adapter can be used to close the tailgate after loading the bike. The AC 001 is an extender available in different lengths (standard is 78 cm). It clips on to the tilt frame, making it longer. It uses a pair of quick-release brackets and it will boost your load height considerably. Standard AUN 200 ramps will lift motorcycles up to 90 cm height.
However using this extender, users can lift motorcycles up to 1,3 meters or even higher, if the AC 001 is longer than its standard length of 78 cm.
AC 001 is compatible with other accessories such as AC 008 (cargo loader) or AC 006 (snowmobile adapter). It is used by clients with higher than normal trucks, or for clients with adventure trucks etc. It is also very useful for clients having long exhaust pipes that otherwise risk to scrape the ground during loading and off-loading.
